Founded in 1932 as Noordhoek Shipping Company in Zierikzee, the Netherlands, N-Sea has grown into a leading provider of subsea services for the offshore oil & gas industry. Over the last few years N-Sea has transformed into an end-to-end subsea services provider for offshore oil & gas, offshore wind and interconnector projects.
With a fleet of 14 multipurpose vessels and a range of in-house systems and equipment, N-Sea provides smart, fit-for-purpose solutions for subsea infrastructure projects at every stage of the offshore asset life cycle for customers in the international offshore energy industry.
N-Sea Group is a privately owned company headquartered in Dordrecht, the Netherlands. We operate with more than 500 people working offshore and onshore, on-board vessels and in facilities in the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Poland, the United Arab Emirates, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Thailand. Our primary operations support base for all offshore activities in Europe is located in IJmuiden, the Netherlands. We also provide operational support from our facility in Władysławowo, Poland.
With a balanced backlog portfolio of both CapEx and OpEx-related subsea projects, N-Sea generated a revenue of more than €200M in 2025.

With the growing demand for energy, global energy resources are transitioning from fossil fuels to renewables. In this transition, the demand for natural gas and the development of wind, solar, hydrogen and nuclear power are playing an important role. Subsea power cable networks are expanding, linking national electrical grids to offshore wind farms. Despite this transition, fossil fuels remain a significant component of the global energy mix. For these traditional energy resources, existing offshore infrastructures must be maintained safely and reliably.
Energy operators and service providers are facing growing complexity in developing new offshore assets. Offshore wind turbines are becoming larger and are being installed further offshore. The density of subsea cable and pipeline networks is increasing. Environmental regulations are becoming stricter. Global political developments are placing further pressure on the security of offshore infrastructure networks.
This increasing complexity is causing delays and increasing risks and costs for offshore projects. Offshore developers and operators are looking for service providers that can connect and maintain their offshore infrastructure safely, sustainably, on time and with the lowest possible risk.

By understanding our customers’ businesses, we provide smart, fit-for-purpose solutions for subsea infrastructure projects in every stage of the offshore asset life cycle by combining our subsea expertise and capabilities in a smart, integrated and efficient manner.
Our bespoke solutions focus on specific subsea capabilities, such as survey, UXO ID & clearance, cable repair & installation, or IRM, construction & decommissioning. Supported by our experienced, multidiscipline offshore operations team, our fleet of 14 multipurpose vessels, and a range of in-house systems and equipment, we integrate these bespoke capabilities into a single project. The result is a smart, fit-for-purpose, safe and sustainable solution that improves the efficiency of subsea projects and reduces projects risks for our customers.

WHERE WE OPERATE
Offshore wind, offshore oil & gas and interconnectors
We serve customers in the international offshore energy industry with subsea infrastructure projects across offshore wind, offshore oil & gas and interconnectors. Most of our operations are located in the North Sea, the Baltic region and in the Middle East.
Offshore wind
In offshore wind we provide our customers with the essential site characterisation information required for developments such as new wind turbine foundations or power cable installations. We ensure a safe project site, free of UXO, boulders and debris, and offer EPCI delivery of subsea inter-array and export cables. During the operational phase of an offshore wind farm, we provide tailored, one-stop shop subsea inspection, repair and maintenance, (including emergency response repairs) and construction solutions for subsea cables, platform jackets and wind turbine foundations.
Offshore oil & gas
For offshore oil & gas subsea projects, we process and analyse acquired geophysical, geotechnical and environmental data to support the installation and inspection of pipelines and platform jackets. We also support customers with subsea inspection, repair, maintenance and constructions solutions for subsea pipelines, manifolds, umbilicals and platform jackets. At the end of a offshore asset’s life cycle we provide our customers with safe and environmentally responsible subsea infrastructure abandonment and removal. We restore the subsea project site to a safe and environmentally sustainable condition.
Interconnectors
In the interconnector market we acquire site characterisation information for power cable routes and provide a safe project site free of UXO, boulders and debris. We offer tailored, one-stop-shop EPCI delivery of subsea power cables and, during the operation, we provide subsea inspection, repair, maintenance (including emergency response repairs) and construction solutions.
