Our project management process is efficiently structured to ensure a consistent way of working across our organisation. A set of standard procedures is applied to each project as an effective tool to mitigate risks.
The project team engages early with our customers to ensure expectations are fully understood and met. Throughout the various project stages, we hold regular monitoring and review meetings with stakeholders to ensure operations are conducted safely, risks are minimised and deliverables are submitted on time, on budget and according to plan. We work closely with customers, suppliers and contractors to ensure compliance with local requirements and to manage interfaces effectively. This proactive approach is our signature for delivering optimised results that maximise the benefits for our customers.
