Governance
How we do business

GOVERNANCE
Our code of conduct guides the way we operate
At N‑Sea, our code of conduct defines who we are and how we do business. Operating globally across diverse regions and cultures, often in complex environments, we remain firmly guided by our core values: We Commit, We Collaborate, We Challenge and We Care and by full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Our code serves as both a practical guide and an ethical compass, helping us navigate decisions, act with integrity and protect our reputation. It applies to all employees, as well as subcontractors, suppliers and partners, reflecting our belief that ethical conduct is a shared responsibility.
GOVERNANCE
The code supports three key business principles:

We act with integrity, fairness and transparency
We comply with all legal, regulatory and licence requirements
We do not tolerate corruption in any form

GOVERNANCE
Code of Conduct policy
The code sets out the expected standards of conduct and behaviour:
- We ensure strict compliance with the law, enforce the clear prohibition of bribery including in interactions with public officials and adhere to standards on gifts and hospitality
- We uphold fair competition through anti-trust principles and support the open reporting of concerns without fear of retaliation
- Safety, quality and sustainability are central to our operations. We prioritise a safe and healthy workplace, promote responsible behaviour, and continuously improve our quality standards and environmental performance
- We actively prevent conflicts of interest, protect employee privacy and ensure responsible disclosure. Confidential information is safeguarded through strong data security and privacy practices
- Our ethical approach is rooted in integrity and respect. We uphold human rights, prohibit modern slavery and trafficking, and do not tolerate discrimination or harassment
Everyone at N‑Sea is expected to follow the code. While violations may have consequences, we believe ethical behaviour starts with doing the right thing. It strengthens our organisation and supports long-term, sustainable success.
