We have a vacancy (full time) for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our organisation based in Dordrecht (NL).

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying, attracting and hiring of top talent to meet N-Sea’s staffing requirements outlined in the hiring plan. The objective is to ensure that N-Sea has a skilled and diverse workforce to achieve its strategic goals. The scope of the role includes; sourcing candidates for both onshore and offshore roles through various channels, screening and interviewing, collaborating with hiring managers, employer branding, candidate experience and data analysis & reporting.

Your main duties in this position
· Source, screen and recruit qualified candidates for various onshore and offshore/maritime positions;
· Develop and maintain a network of maritime professionals through industry/recruitment events, online platforms and professional associations;
· Manage the recruitment cycle for various office based roles both national and international;
· Utilise a full range of recruitment methods including job postings, social media, headhunting and employee referrals to attract suitable candidates;
· Conducting interviews, assessments and background checks to ensure candidates meet the required criteria;
· Working with hiring managers to understand the staffing need and provide recruitment advice and guidance on job descriptions and candidate profiles;
· Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates;
· Develop and maintain the talent pool for future staffing needs;
· Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process;
· Preparation of job offers and coordinate the onboarding process in consultation with the HR department;
· Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements
· Degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred;
· A minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years focused on offshore/maritime sector and related onshore/office roles;
· Proven track record of successfully filling variety of positions in both maritime and corporate environments;
· Strong understanding of the industry including regulatory requirements and certifications;
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
· Good command of the English language both written and spoken;
· Proficiency in using recruitment software and application tracking systems (ATS);
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment;
· High level of integrity and professionalism;
· Excellent negotiation and decision making skills.
