We have a vacancy (full time) for a Sales Manager for our organisation based in Dordrecht (NL).

Your main duties in this position
• Seek out, identify, document and develop new business opportunities for N-Sea aligned to company goals and within the company’s competence;
• Administer and maintain the CRM system (SalesForce) in line with the commercial process, including client communication;
• Manage client relationships and interfaces in line with our mission statement and core values;
• Assist with developing sales plans for agreed focus areas in line with N-Sea Product Line Business Plans also for new business which may stretch or develop new competences and markets;
• Develop a tender specific Strategy to Win, providing tenders with win themes, competitor intelligence, client expectations and market norms for pricing. Assist with costing models as required, and attend the Cost Price Accepted Meetings and chair Sales Price Approved Meetings prior to submission;
• Provide account-specific portfolio forecasts as required to support the budget process, and ensure that such information is kept up to date;
• Assist with timely, accurate and fully documented commercial handovers to Operations and the Project Team;
• Assist with marketing activities, such as attending trade shows, conferences and by ensuring that N-Sea documentation and promotional literature is accurate and up to date;
• Provide advice and feedback to Commercial Manager on market trends and new developments;
• Any other task within capabilities as may be reasonably required by the Company.

Requirements
• Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in a commercial -related discipline;
• 2+ years of experience in similar Sales Management role;
• Relevant experience in a B2B commercial position;
• High degree of numeracy and literacy;
• Proficient in use of MS Office products, notably Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook;
• Interest and experience in N-Sea’s subsea core energy markets (Oil & Gas, renewables, utilities);
• Ambition and capability to develop a relevant network in the relevant sectors of the subsea industry;
• Technical focus and understanding of key products and technologies that N-Sea offers. (BSc level);
• Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills;
• Flexibility to travel (international) where and when required for business purposes;
• Self-starting, tenacity, flexibility, team-focused, positive, ‘can do’ attitude.
