N-Sea is looking for a experienced Asset admin to join our team.
Job Description: As an Asset Administration Officer at N-Sea, you will be responsible for managing and optimising our subsea assets. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our operations, with a strong focus on logistical administration.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the administration of subsea assets, including registration, maintenance, and documentation in our ERP system.
• Support the development and implementation of improvement projects for asset management.
• Manage logistical processes, including inventory management and distribution of materials and parts.
• Coordinate transport and logistical planning for the movement of assets and materials.
• Maintain logistical documentation and ensure accurate recording of incoming and outgoing goods.
• Optimise logistical workflows to achieve efficiency and cost savings.
Requirements:
• Minimum of a completed MBO education in a relevant field.
• Experience in asset management and logistical administration, preferably in the subsea or maritime sector.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
