Job Summary: In this role, you will support and advise managers and employees on HR-related matters, develop and implement HR policies, and contribute to talent development. If you have a proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for HR, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise and support managers and employees on HR-related issues.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with business objectives.
• Manage recruitment and selection processes, including drafting job profiles and conducting interviews.
• Support performance management, including coordinating appraisal meetings and developing performance improvement plans.
• Contribute to talent development by identifying training needs and organizing training sessions and workshops.
• Manage HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee satisfaction and engagement.
• Analyse HR data and prepare reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Manage absence cases within your departments.
• Responsible for relevant operational tasks.
Qualifications:
• A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a similar field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in an international environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
